Is Non-Governmental Organization registered under the Non-Governmental Organization Act No. 24 of 2002 as amended in 2005.. It is a member–based network constituted of 105 legally recognized institutions from the United Republic of Tanzania. This network was officially launched on 29th July 2021, during the commemoration of international day against human–trafficking.

Ms. Anna Kulaya is a highly respected legal professional with a distinguished legal background spanning twenty years in the areas of law, networking, coalition building, advocacy, governance, gender, and development. She has made significant contributions to the cause of women's rights and gender equality, showcasing her deep commitment to social justice and equality.
Stephanie's passion for combating sex trafficking began in 2008 in her home country, Sacramento, USA. She spearheaded benefit events and various fundraising initiatives for Courage Worldwide, an anti-trafficking NGO headquartered in the US. These efforts led to the establishment of Courage Houses, safe havens for child victims of sex trafficking, in California, USA, and the Kilimanjaro Region in Tanzania in 2011.
